Q. How quickly can I get a reply on my quotation request?
A. Within 24Hrs.

Q. Do you offer door to door service for personal effects?

Q. Do you offer clean and secure warehousing?

Q. Do you handle commercial shipments as well?

Q. Do you provide regular information about the status of shipment?
A. We have a fully fledged Customer Services Department that gives regular updates on real time status of your consignment.

Q. How many days does it take to clear my air/sea shipment?
A. Air shipments take 24hrs and sea shipments take 4 days. This is subject to receipt of all required import documents 4 days prior to consignment arrival.

Q. How much does it cost to clear a 20 foot and 40 foot container?

Q. Do you offer road transport within East African countries and the Comesa region?
A. Yes we do. Kindly contact our transport office on 3752697 / 533488 for more details.

Q. What are the most common reasons for delay of my goods at the port?
A. These include:
* Failure to forward clearance documents before the arrival of flight/vessel
* Failure to addresses the consignment correctly i.e. suppliers addressing the consignment to Urgent Cargo and not the consignee.
